Day 1 Kampala by road to Murchison Falls national park Early departure from Kampala to Murchison Falls. With lunch en route at the ziwa rhino sanctuary or Kabalega dinners. We will arrive at Murchison fall national park in the afternoon and visit the magnificent waterfalls. Day 2 – Murchison Falls National Park – Game drive – Boat trip After an early breakfast, the Uganda luxury tour starts with a traditional big game safari drive on the northern side of the Nile. With chances of seeing giraffes, elephants, lions, hartebeest and different species of birds. In the afternoon, the safari will be continued with a boat trip on the river Nile for more game viewing as you head to the bottom of Murchison Falls. overnight at Paraa safari lodge. breakfast, lunch, dinner
Day 3 by road transfer to Kibale Forest National park. After early breakfast at Paraa Lodge, we move toward Kibale Forest and tour through the beautiful Ugandan countryside. We stop for lunch along the way and reach Fort Portal in the late afternoon. You continue to Kibale forest, where we check into your luxury Lodges, such as the luxury Ndali Lodge or Primate Lodge. breakfast, lunch dinner
Day 4 Kibale Forest Chimpanzee tracking It’s breakfast time and a hardy one; you are off to Kibali Forest for Chimpanzee tracking (trekking), and most likely, your guide will spot other primates, various birds, and forest buffaloes are a common sighting. Kibale Forest is one of the best places for primates in Uganda, and you will surely have a successful morning. We will have lunch and depart for the Mweya Peninsula of Queen Elizabeth National Park, where we will arrive in the late afternoon for check-in at Mweya Lodge. breakfast, lunch, dinner
Day 5 Transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park Queen Elizabeth Park Wildlife Safari early rise and then a sunrise game drive. Afterwards, there is a sumptuous breakfast; that morning, you will also go and see the crater areas with their breathtaking view. Afternoon boat ride on the Kazinga channel with all of its wildlife and abundance of birds. Then it is off to an evening game drive, dinner and rest at Mweya Lodge. breakfast, lunch, dinner
Day 6 Chimpanzee tracking, game drive Queen Elizabeth Park – Chimpanzee tracking (trekking) & Night Game Drive: Another great breakfast, and for those staying at Mweya Lodge, we overlook the Kazinga channel as the sun rises over Queen Elizabeth Park. This morning it is off to Kyambura Gorge for Chimpanzee tracking (trekking). This is a relatively easy walk guided by an Uganda Wildlife Authority Ranger who will guide you to the place where the chimps are. They move nightly, so it takes the skills of an experienced ranger to guide you to the chimpanzees. After an early dinner, we proceed to start the nocturnal game drive, where you will see lots of animals that you do not normally find during daytime hours. This will be quite thrilling for you, and even if you do not get any pictures, the experience alone is worth it. Overnight Mweya Lodge. breakfast, lunch, dinner
Day 7 Transfer to Bwindi forest national park We move to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest for Mountain Gorilla tracking (trekking): A nice breakfast, and we slowly move toward Bwindi. Hopefully, we will see some tree-climbing lions along the way in the Ishasha area of the southern section of Queen Elizabeth national park. We reach gorilla forest camp. This is a long drive on corrugated roads, bumpy and dusty during the hot season months of June-July and December-January. Overnight gorilla forest camp or Mahogany springs. breakfast, lunch, dinner
Day 8 Uganda Gorilla tracking tour day Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park Gorilla: After an early breakfast, it is off for the morning briefing before embarking on one of the most awesome experiences – gorilla tracking at Bwindi Forest. The gorilla tracking (trekking) at Bwindi can last from a few hours to the whole day. The gorillas move to a new location daily and never stay in the same place twice. There are no words to describe what you will encounter during your Gorilla tracking (trekking) experience. Simply a powerful experience to see these animals up close within 5 meters of your party of 8. Children under 15 are not permitted. The walk alone is worth it; the kind of forest you will encounter, the ridges and valleys, the streams that flow through it and, of course, you will encounter other wildlife besides the Mountain Gorillas. After your tracking (trekking) experience, return to your accommodation for a well-deserved rest. If there is time, you might do an afternoon walkabout in a pigmy village; this gives you some cultural insights into the local Batwa culture. Day 9 Transfer to Lake Mburo The Gorilla tracking (trekking) Safari ends, and we shift to Lake Mburo: It is early breakfast and off to Lake Mburo National Park. The perfect place to break a long journey at one of the most delightful places in Uganda. You can stay at one of the classy up-market tented camps that are eco-friendly and simply one of the nicest places you have ever stayed at. We arrive for an afternoon lunch and check-in, and then it is off to a leisurely cruise around the lake. There is much wildlife to be seen, from hippos to crocodiles, birds of all kinds, buffaloes, zebras, antelopes and much more. We return for some afternoon rest, and then it is off to a sunset walk with an Uganda Wildlife Authority Ranger. Again you will see lots more animals, and after the walk, it is dinner at your lodging with a well-deserved night of rest. Overnight Mihingo lodge. breakfast, lunch, dinner
Day 10 Transfer to Kampala The luxury tour week is about to come to an end: It is breakfast and an early morning game drive through the five lake game park, viewing the fabulous animals and birds in a lovely setting of acacia trees dotted savannah. Checkout afterwards and a journey back to Kampala. On the way, we stop at Masaka for lunch, and back toward Kampala, we also stop at Nabusanke Trading Center, where you can stand on the equator, take pictures and also buy some souvenirs and crafts, then on to Mpambire, where you can observe the Buganda Royal Drum Makers and even buy a few, back on our journey arriving at the Hotel of your choice in Kampala. Day 11 Kampala – Jinja Depart Kampala early in the morning after breakfast and off to Jinja for a day of rafting on the Nile from mild to wild (you can easily opt-out of this portion of the trip and choose a Mabira Forest visit, source of the Nile, Jinja Town, Bujagali Falls and return to Kampala in the evening to the hotel of your choice.

Day 12 Kampala – Entebbe Breakfast and off to visit the source of the Nile. Thereafter, we will drive back to Kampala. Visiting the craft market in Kampala and off to the airport. If we still have time to spare will explore Entebbe and also visit the small reptile village.
