Customer Agreement – Steady Safaris Limited
Introduction
At Steady Safaris Limited, we are committed to delivering exceptional safari experiences across Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, and Rwanda. Before embarking on an adventure to Murchison Falls National Park or tracking gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, it is crucial to understand our Customer Agreement, which outlines the terms of service, policies, and responsibilities to ensure a seamless experience.
Booking and Payment Terms
Reservation Process
To secure a booking for your dream safari, clients must:
- Submit an inquiry via our Contact Us page.
- Receive a detailed itinerary, including safari highlights such as a visit to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary or a trek through Kibale Forest National Park.
- Make an initial deposit of 30% to confirm the reservation.
- Complete the full payment 30 days before the safari commencement.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
While we understand that plans may change, our cancellation policy ensures fairness for all parties involved:
Cancellations made 60 days before departure qualify for a 75% refund, while those made within 30 days are subject to a 50% refund. Cancellations within two weeks of departure are non-refundable.

Safari Inclusions and Exclusions
Included in Your Safari Package:
- Accommodation in luxury or midrange lodges (Explore options in our 12 Safaris in Uganda collection)
- Park entrance fees for attractions like Queen Elizabeth National Park
- English-speaking tour guides
- Ground transport in a 4×4 safari vehicle
- Gorilla trekking permits (Visit our Gorilla Trekking Uganda page for details)
Not Included:
- Visa fees – See our Uganda Visa Guide
- Yellow Fever vaccination – Refer to our Yellow Fever Certificate page
- Personal expenses (souvenirs, alcoholic beverages)
- Travel insurance – Highly recommended; read our Safari Travel Insurance guide
Code of Conduct and Safety
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable safari experience, clients must adhere to ethical tourism practices, including respecting wildlife and following guides’ instructions. For those visiting cultural sites such as Uganda Craft Market or embarking on a Masai Mara Safari, we encourage cultural sensitivity and responsible tourism.
